You are fine, but you look young. Be patient, someone will notice you. Don't worry about your appearance, and don't depend on guys to give you your sense of self worth. That sounds like a recipie for getting involved in an abusive relationship.

Are you overweight? Do you dress appropriately for the occasion? Do you monopolize a conversation or do you consantly talk about you? Do you bathe regularly so as to avoid unpleasant body odors?
Are you a smoker?
If none of the above, it may be that you're looking for love in all the wrong places. Perhaps your ladyfriends can offer some pointers. Perhaps you can take some dance lessons and then join a dance club. Take some classes at your local junior college, volunteer at a soup kitchen or a local veteran's home or hospital - you will meet others your age who share some of your interests.
Otherwise, realize that a woman does not need a man to validate her as a worthy human being. Patience is also necessary - it may take a little time for a good man to realize what a real treasure you are! He's worth waiting for...

No although I can't see the picture well but no...you should never be self-concience even if guys won't ask you out it doesn't mean ur ugly besides maybe it's more of a personal thing like... guys don't like to go out with irls that r always like " Am I Ugly, Tell the truth" u know<3<3<3

Well, from what I can tell from your picture, you are adorable. But, don't worry about guys asking you out. You're what, around 13 or so? Guys never asked me out. Guys weren't even interested in me until I was 15-16 years old. Now they won't leave me alone even though I tell them I have a boyfriend! So wait a while. Your time will come when boys will be swarming all over you! You're cute!

You're not ugly. Guys may not be asking you out because they sense that you don't feel good about yourself, or maybe you just haven't sent off enough 'ask me out' vibes. You know, you may want to try being the one to do the asking...if you're worried about rejection try asking someone who isn't in your local social circle...that way even if for whatever reason he doesn't take the bait then no harm done! Plenty of fish in the sea, good luck!

Can't see the picture very well, but you look cute. It could be that you're intimidating, or, they feel they don't have a chance with you.
It could also be that you're not interested in any particular guy, so you're not sending a signal to any.
Or maybe you seem desperate.

WHY DOES IT MATTER WHAT PEOPLE SAY??? GOD MADE YOU THE WAY HE WANTED TO MAKE YOU SO BE HAPPY. SECURITY WITHIN ONES SELF IS THE BEST THING YOU COULD HAVE!!!! BE HAPPY WITH WHO YOU ARE.
