I'm almost 13 weeks pregnant, and this is my 1st pregnancy. Is it normal to have your lower stomach feel a little hard this early? Thanks!!!!!! :)

It's not tightening and then hardening and then fine again....it's just stayed harder than normal...I think Braxton-Hicks comes LATER in pregnancy

Yes. You could feel my uterus by 11 weeks my first pregnancy. It grows very quickly! No need to worry!
You are almost at the end of the first trimester; your uterus has been growing along with the fetus inside it. It is almost big enough to fill your pelvis and may be felt in your lower abdomen, above the middle of your pubic bone.

You will definitely feel the uterus at this point. If it's rock hard, chances are it's more than likely gas. Braxton Hicks are not common until the 6th month of pregnancy. Make sure that you're drinking enough water, so you don't get constipated.

Nothing in pregnancy is NORMAL! Every single pregnancy is different. But that's where the baby is now, and your uterus. if you have a concern about it talk to your doctor, I can't remember If my stomach was hard that early or not.

I can't remember how early my stomach started to feel hard, but I wouldn't worry about it. Congratulations by the way. Kids are awesome, are you finding out what you are having?

Yes, you are growning a little body inside you. The little body have little soft tissue that would seem a little abnormal. If you are concern ask your doctor. The doctor knows best. Good luck

random tightening and hardness are often a harmless braxton-hicks contraction
