in ten years i think the major change will be that global warming is universally accepted because the climate will become more unstable. The better name for global warming is climate change because, while the overall temperature of the earth is rising (ever so slightly) the key indication/affect is changes in climate (which includes differences in storm activity from the recent past).

But basically, yeah the huricanes and wind storms and early and late and heavy and light seasons will become more noticable, even in 10 years.

I can tell you what changes have taken place already. In the sixties in Connecticut it started to snow by thanksgiving. There was always snow on the ground from mid-december untill the end of February. Now each snow melts before the next one and it is a 50-50 chance that we get a 'white Christmas' every year.
Another big change...you can get a sunburn much quicker now.
The water level at high tide increases a little each year, too.

The temperature will not change much. That can't happen until all the ice is melted first. So there will be a good deal less ice, and ocean levels will continue to rise. Some places will be wetter, some places dryer, some warmer, some cooler, some windier, etc. That much is harder to predict.
