I have an ipod mini, I have had it for almost a year now and the battery dies like every 2 seconds when I turn it on. I have had enough of this ****. I charge it constantly for days and hours and when I go to turn it on it just says no battery power remains and shuts off. What can I do? Can I send it to Apple for a replacement battery or a whole new ipod period?? This really gets on my nerves.

sounds like your battery is ready to retire....replace it...you can't do anything about it anymore..

Check your product warranty....
