The pokemon you are talking about are the "unobtainibles"
though you can obtain them they are called that because it's
almost impossible to catch'em.
You can get Mew and Celebi through a nintendo event by bringing your gameboy and game.and you can find a Jirachi
if you find a Pokemon Coloseeum Bonus Disc somewhere....

Sorry but you can't get Mew and Celebi unless it's from an Nintendo event. The first Pokemon Colosseum game came with a bonus disk that had Jirachi.

on blue version u goe 2 the cave near cerulean, u must beat the pokemon leagu first 2 get in, it should b the same with ur game
