I enjoyed morrowind and fable extensively, but I hated KoTR. Gladius (not well known) was a good game, and the splinter cell series was awesome. Baldur's gate wasn't bad, but wasn't too good either, too much hack-n-slash. To me, halo is a horrible game because all you do it run around shooting anything that moves because you have near unlimited ammo and can take like 50 shots...boring. Anyway, I'm just trying to describe my type of gaming to see if you guys have any suggestions for some games I might enjoy.
Btw, I also hate all sports/racing games...they're so dumb.

Diablo 1 & 2. #3 will be coming out in the near future. Good blend of RPG and hack 'n' slash. I played The Witcher (1) and enjoyed it but never got very far. The Elder Scrolls series was always amazing fun, and their new game Skyrim comes out 11/11/11. That game will be epic, no doubt. My roommate told me about Torchlight, which also has a sequel in the works.

Well, if you liked Morrowind then I would give Oblivion a try...
and you hate racing games... I think burnout is a fun game and fast pace though.

But I think you should try Blinx/ Blinx 2. Theres no real killing and if has an interesting concept to it. Its rated E, so I don't know if they style of the game will fit you. But it's worth a shot. If your not sure of a game, just rent it, and if you like it, then buy it.
