Best thing is to make sure that you're getting enough support. Try a sports bra, and sleep in it too. Chances are your breasts are beginning to get ready for milk, which can start as early as the 4th month of pregnancy.

That's just a part of being pregnant. They have cream & medicine for it. Do some research on the internet, When the breastmilk come in, that pain is about the same. If you choose to breastfeed don't wait to long because the longer you try to wait to breastfeed when the baby is hungry, Your milk will fill up and it hurt, when you get ready to nurse the baby you wouldn't even want the baby to be on your breast (suck on your breast).

oh boy! Honestly it's not going to get any better. Your breasts are growing to produce milk for your child. You'd have to ask your doctor if tyenol is ok for pain.

TIGHT bra. I actually had to sleep with a bra on, A sports bra is the most comfy. Ask your doc or midwife, they may be able to suggest a certain type. :)
