I thought it was one year wider too...
Even if he actually said Whiter,
I say let it go until another incident happens that's extremely obvious - blunt evidence. No use getting puffed up over something you may not be able to prove to the surrounding audience and that can easily be blown off as a misunderstanding.

Depends who was singing it, if it was a room full of mexicans then yeah i might take that offensive, but if they were all white people like yourself then i wouldnt think much about it. Because white people do tend to get whiter the older they get. Look at your grandma isnt her skin all pale and kinda casper-like, i know my grandma is.

I think they were just trying to have a little fun with you. I doubt they meant to offend you. I call my friends "b*tch" and "sl*t" on occasion because we're close and don't truly mean it. I tell every Asian person that I'm whiter than they are...sometimes I tell white people that because it's kind of true though I'm joking.

I guess. But what does whiter have to do with your birthday. Another year does not make you whiter. Your dads friend is a moron.

people arn't as racist like people used to be, now, people who are offended are more often, more racist - c'mon, ya can't say this or that, but a comedian can get a way with it and get paid? that's not cool, our society has put too much incidences on race and it's starting to get old. let it go, because it was most likely wider any way and you heard it wrong.

The "One year whiter" refers to conforming to society. Like going white collar.
As you get older and hopefully more responsible, you realize you have to do "their" way to get anywhere.
