Dont' know what eaa is, but the closest airport to the Air Force Museum is Dayton International Airport , airport code DAY. I don't think there's any shuttle service to the Museum, but there's always taxis lined up at the airport. If you need lodging, I recommend the MIller Lane area. There's several nice hotels and tons of restaurants on a strip about a mile long. It's about 5 miles from the airport and maybe 20-25 minutes from the Museum.
