I would but I think some guys are so insecure and unfortunatly some women would be jealous of a female candidate that we wouldn't see a female take over the White House in the next Presidental election. What do you think ? Give honest adult answers please.

Absolutely. The problem though is that college educated women between the ages of 18 and 34 are the LEAST likely to vote ( you already know the excuses they have ). Women make up almost 52% of the population in the USA and have never, ever represented more than 45% of those who have voted in any election. Why is that? And where did you get this "guys are so insecure" stuff anyway? If that describes your friends or family, well, broaden your circle to include some with intelligence and challenging careers.

It has nothing to do with insecurity. If you could show me a wsoman capable of running hte country (and Hillary decidedly is NOT, in an y regard whatsoever), then I would consider voting for her.

But no woman is going to be elected to the office of PResident of this country, for the suimple reason that there are too many better-qualified men available and interested in the position.

I am a male, but I would vote for Hillary Clinton, she a strong, inteligent woman, that is not afraid to stand up for what is right. She would have an excellant adviser in her husband, the last legally elected president. He was also the most successful in the last 40 years.

I think most men under 60 would not be too insecure to vote against a woman because of her sex.

With that said, I think many people will just plain vote ~against~ Hillary, if she is the Democratic nominee. She comes across as deceitful to many people - difficult to trust. May or may not be true, but that's a common perception.

yep i would and i think that it is the rest of the politicians that get in the way of a woman president, not the voting public. i would vote for condi rice in an instant. i would not vote for hillary if she were the only woman to get on the ballot, but it is because of her personally standing by and allowing/putting up with her husband as he descrated the office of president of the united states (among other things he is guilty of). as far as i am concerned, neither has an ounce of respect for the office. as with any candidate, it would have to be the right person.

Yes it is about time the women of this country had a chance at running it. It will probabaly be a better world when that does happen. And why do americans think that only men can run the show, I dont think so

In all sincerity, I don't think a woman would make a good president. Women are too sensitive and emotional about
things, and are likely to act on impulse. Although they do have a keen intuition

Yes if she has the best qualifications. America is lagging behind the rest of the western world when it comes to female leadership. Most western countries has either had a female leader or has many female representatives in their government leadership.

It doesn't matter at all who is the President. It could be a Republican, a Democrat, a man, or a woman. All politicians are just greedy, power-hungry, old men/woman who are just going to screw up this country even more and make us, the tax payers, foot the bill.

I would if I could but I live in the UK. Mrs Thatcher wasn't popular with everyone at the time of being Prime Minister but she was a strong leader and with hindsight some of her more unpopular decisions seem to make sense.
