No Chainsaw Mom, Chuch Norris will not say a single word as he arrives at your secret evil ninja school. And he will proceed to relentlessly defeat wave after wave of evil ninja attacks whiles systematically destroying the physical building of the school itself in complete silence. Leaving your training facility in a shambles and all of your evil ninja students at best dazed, he will turn and walk away with out even the slightest utterance.
No, he will not speak at your school.

ask your principal to contact his talent agent and see if he can arrange him to come (chuck norris is very big on these kind of things) so far hes done 23 school visitations

I think he's about 70, so I suppose he doesn't do a lot of speaking engagements, but it doesn't hurt to ask.
