There are many ways to judge a rapper: lyrics, flow, success, etc...
Overall the greatest rapper is probably Tupac Shakur and Rakim Allah a close second.

I still cant believe ppl put Rap in the music Genre, It should be more like in the rhyming catagorie guys , come on THINK about it. ITS not MUSIC!!!!! In the 60's ppl used to sit around and read poetry to music and we called them STONED! Today we call them RAPPERS, y'all need to open ur eyes
