She calls her names.She is sweet and so kind hearted.Why would she wanna do this?Is there and spell,curse or something that can give her a taste of her own medicine?Anyone wanna help me out?Im a very good mom but dad has visitation during summer.He is good to them but her.....it breaks my heart to hear her brothers tell me these things.Dad wont do anything about it.Not even talk to her.

This absolutely breaks my heart! I feel for your daughter. Maybe he won't talk to the b*tch he married, but he WOULD have to talk to a judge. Call CPS(Child Protective Services) in the front of most phone books in the government pages. Your Ex will not even know that you are the one that made the phone call. Good Luck with all!!

If you can get proof other then your word that the step mother is being cruel to the autistic child, then you can get the courts involved and get sole custody of the child stating that being with her father and stepmother is an unhealthy environment. Of course you will need the support of clinical personnel to back up your story with evidence. That will force the father to open his eyes and act or else the court will lean in the best interest of the child and do what they deem is best for the child. This will stop the child from going to their fathers and if the father wants to see the child, they will have to go to your place so that you can monitor the wellbeing of the child.

I don't know about any curses, but people like that you just can't deal with. I would speak with the father (again) if new instances come up. If he still refuses do say something to her,......can you beat her up?
Seriously, yell at the top of your lungs that she is a cruel person who has no respect in treating someone who can't defend themselves and punch her in the face! I'm getting angry just thinking about it. I hate people like that.
Make sure you hit her in the temple or somewhere where you won't leave marks and noone sees you so she has no chance against you in court if she thinks she'll charge you with assault.
Malicious i know, childish, maybe. But quite possibly necessary. Good luck.

Try the curse of calling Child Protection services and having them talk to your kids that have witnessed this happening. No autistic child should have to suffer abuse. Those poor kids have it hard enough as it is without someone purposefully hurting them. If that women is verbally or psychologically abusing a handicapped child, she deserves to go to JAIL!

Get social services or a similar government body involved, they will asses the situation and probably stop the childrens step mom been able to go near the children so their farther will be allowed to visit them and see them but not with her present.
