Check out "Time Bandits" A bunch of midgets steal a map of time portals from god and use it to travel through time and steal from famous people the whole time being hounded by the devil. This move was made in the early 80's but it will blow your mind. Its funny, twisted, and has a suprise ending. There are also some cameo parts by a couple of famous people.

Serenity, but only because I loved Firefly. Matrix was good, of course, Um, anything with a superhero... Equilibrium was cool. Terminator, the original, also a fave of mine. But due to emotional ties, Serenity takes the cake. Blader Runner was a goodie too.
