You can buy a man made island in Dubia. That place sounds cool. I would move out of the USA, there are so many better places now.

Good ole USA. There isn't anyplace like it, we are free, and we have more than anyone. I've traveled quite a bit to Europe and the Islands, and I always love coming back home. It's nice to go visit, but here we have it all. It's very primitive in other countries outside of the USA. We are wealthy compared to everyone else.

That is personal to each person, myself i would move to a Carribean island, but it does depend how much you won on the lottery to wether you could afford to move somewhere and live there without a financial problem later in your life.
I would leave my homeland (England) because of personal reasons and the fact that the wether is so aweful!

cebu, phils. considering US dollar is to 50 plus something vs. the peso , your money could last long long time and the sun, sea and beach are great! Or you might end up buying a piece of island near the sun

A lot of savvy people live in St. Kitts and Nevis...strictly due to their tax laws, if your goal is to save as much of your winnings from the government.
