You could try & track down what company made the frame. Its highly doubtful that they still have the frame, but they might be able to tell you the name/style of it if you describe it in great detail to them.

Try a consignment shop (as previously suggested) or Ebay. I've seen lots of frames being sold there. Maybe bring a picture to an optical shoppe to see if the eyeglass guy there knows how to get a pair or even who may have made them.
