Disposable menstrual cups. I cannot say enough good things about them. I haven't worn a pad or tampon in well over a year. You can get the box of 24 at Target around here, and they're about the same price as a box of tampons. I just do not understand why women still want to deal with icky pads and risk TSS. I swear...every woman should have these in her bathroom cupboard. They are a dream come true. http://www.softcup.com
Guys: Let your women know about them. They will thank you!
And no, I do not work for the company. I just do NOT understand why everyone is not using these (except you IUD users of course).

To answer your questions, if you can feel it AT ALL, it is in wrong. No, they don't leak (unless you're super "heavy" and haven't changed it). I only wear pantyliners (just to ease my mind), and I can wear a thong everyday, have sex whenever I please, and not have to worry about a thing. Not to mention work an 8 hour shift w/out having to rush to the ladies room because I sneezed wrong or something.

The FDA says 12 hours (so two a day, one when I wake up, one in the evening), but on light days, I wear it longer.

Inside your vagina are many areas. The penis doesn't go where the cup sits. Some large men say they can feel it, but most average men don't even notice it's there. If they do, it's not enough to bother them. I think on the site they have a video you can watch of a clear plastic replica. The only problem I've had with them was in the beginning. It was VERY messy in the beginning, but now it's not at all. You just have to get the hang of taking it out, which is very simple and only takes the tip of your finger. And no, nothing can get "lost" in the vagina.
