Well you have a year or so before there is no hope at all. I think I would just start adjusting to it myself.

You cant. Besides the fact that height is out of our control (unless you are super short and a doctor lengths your arms and legs by surgery) people stop growing at ages 18 for females and 20 or 21 for males. So you are probably done growing. Just take a multivitamin and eat healthy but dont count on being much taller. I am only 5'3" so i understand it sucks but you arent midget hieght or anything so be happy. if you are a woman dont worry and if you are a man find a shorter woman or a woman who is about your hieght (there is a lot of short women). I have a friend who is only about 5 feet tall (woman).

Sorry dude, genetics kinda suck sometimes. Some people have nothing to complain about, some have a bunch, but I guess no matter how tall you are you are still the same person inside. Just do me a favor and don't go try to get buff to make up for your lack of height. The biggest problem is people might think that you can't fight so they pick on you - possibly. Aside from that, girls don't really like short guys. I thought that put me out being 5'7, I guess I appreciate it now. And you can't go shorter than you, cause if you have a boy he will be short too.

They say that the main time that you do most of your growing is up to age 18. So it might be that you are going to remain at that height for the remainder of your life. It is a good comparison to judge the average height of those in your family on both your mother and father's side, and that should give you an idea of what to expect. There are exceptions to the rule however, as for I have a member in my family who is about 6' 2" and both of his parents are only about 5'7". I guess it all depends on genes, and heredity, but there are things that would prevent your growth as well. I would do a search on webmd, and see what results you get, or you could do a general search on male growth rate on your favorite search engine. Look at it like this, not everyone can be tall.

You're probably not going to like my answer, but here goes anyway. Depending on the height of your parents, and given you have no health issues keeping you from being taller, there is no real way.. try talking to a doctor, having tests ran to rule out reasons for height. There are hormone shots you can recieve. However being past puberty age, not sure these will work for you.

i am sorry to tell you but i know that after the age of twenty you do not get any taller...just be happy with as tall as you are....try not to let your height bother you.. i have always had big feet and i never want anyone to see my feet...but it is just something a person has to live with....i am sure you have good qualities and so just let them show and do not worry about your height...

Well, what you can do is try to "look" taller by losing weight, if you're overweight, or getting skinny by exercising. I would say, just take care of your whole body, the way it is, stay healthy, and consider yourself lucky for having blessings that others don't have. Sometimes a woman would reject a bland handsome tall man and would fall for a short cute guy who has lots of personality.

If you are a guy you still have time to grow a little bit. I've also heard of growth hormone pills that can be taken up to the age of 25 or 26 in men that could boost your growth a little bit. But most of it is just genes though, good luck!

Everybody stops growing at a certain age but if you are only 5'2 and your 20 no matter what you do you will still be short. Just make the most out of it, those are your genetics.

You have a choice, have someone stretch you on a rack or buy a pair of elevator shoes.
You can also hang out with shorter people, that will make you look taller.
But seriously be happy with what you are, good things come in small packages. Accept yourself for what you are and just be the best you can be.

I'm 36 and around 5'3" tall. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do short of painful surgery. It's not easy being short as a male in our society, but... you do the best with what you've got.
