my parents are way to over protetive i mean if i go in the front yard my mom freaks out we live in a small town nothing will happen plus i could do more stuff if i was five

Did you do something that would make them not trust you??? Your parents probably watch too much news and hear about abductions adn such making them slightly paranoid. And darling you are being naive! Small towns where people think it would never happen- IS WHERE IT HAPPENS MOST. you may not believe it but its true! Theres not much you can do besides prove yourself to your parents that they can trust YOU. But be leary yourself, not everyone is trustworthy and bad things happen everywhere in the US!!! And give your parents a break, i thought mine were over protective when i was a teenager and now I thank them for it all!

well, i know all parents are like that with there child unless they don't love them. But what you should do is tell them the truth about every thing so they could trust you more.

tell them as much as possible about what u r going to do, then tell tham that it will be saf, and that u will call them... â¥
