He should execute.
But before that I prefer to listening/watching his advocacy about a lot of other subjects including, Iran-Iraq war, His supporters during the war, Chemical weapons that used during the war against Iranian and Iraqis, Slaughter innocent people during his regime, etc.
This court is wasting time just for one of his slaughters and I'm worrying about other crimes. It seems they don't want to plead them in the court.

No because it's too late. His death should have been swift and it should have happened a long time ago, but now it wouldn't make sense to televise it since the terrorist network has already had time to get organized.
Unfortunatelly, the Americans and Iraqi were not smart enough to take a lesson from the way the romanians dealt with their dictator. They caught him, put him in front of a firing squad, showed him on tv by a garbage dump and that's the end of it.
Trying to "democratize" war only leads to more pain and deaths and it drags things on forever.
I think euthanasia would be too kind. Firing squad maybe would be about right or the rope.

definite. Eye for an eye fixed. i'm ill of analyzing of rather some those repeat offenders nonetheless sitting in penal complex. Or those serving "diverse existence sentences"...??? wtf?? there's a close-by case some guy who lured a woman out of Wal-Mart, took her to the different part of city, raped her, and left her burnt physique in an alley with a bag tied round her head. She advance into purely 6 yrs previous. He'd been given the death penalty, yet because of the fact of a few bs loop hollow (or eff up) his charm went by way of. He advance right into a repeat intercourse criminal yet because of the fact this advance into "the 1st time he murdered", he advance into given yet another threat. i wish he and the decide that granted that stay thankfully ever after in hell. That little woman did no longer get a 2nd threat.........neither ought to he. Sorry my opinion is so stable and that i do experience for people that have been wrongly accused, yet in circumstances together with this the place there is stressful evidence, there must be no question. Fry them! -------Edit------- some say death is the easy way out, yet once you think of roughly it, if punishments have been harsher it would make people think of two times until now commiting the crime. i do no longer recommend to sound insensitve, yet how is a man or woman raped for twenty-four years? This man or woman is an grownup and can be self reliant removed from this dwelling house because of the fact the age of 18 if it advance into on no account pronounced to the government. How does something like this pass on for see you later?? Did you recommend 14 years possibly? ------Edit #2------- ok I see, I knew there had to be some severe condition. So I persist with my answer definite, this sicko does not deserve one greater breath in this earth. yet seeing as he's so previous, he might no longer even stay by way of an ordeal....if there is one. My prayers to those unfavorable infants, what turns into of their lives now... uugghh makes me ill I artwork at a police branch by potential of how, so I even have 0 tolerance for anyting related to the risky of an harmless little existence. and that i merely grew to become a mom, so moreso now.

Even though I hate him, I think something weird will happen. I just don't see him being executed. Not a jail break, Just...maybe the judge will fear sectarian violence and just give him life in prison or banishment from the country. If he was facing a firing squad or something, I kind of see him killing himself just to not give us the satisfaction of killing him.

Why should it be televised? It's sick that anyone should gain satisfaction by watching someone else die (regardless of how evil that person is).
