They(boy &girl) are very health parents have no history of a STD, and have always used new needles, and lets say they didn't use a condom.

The needles are just used in shots, and health reasons

no i really think you are safe as long as you both are honest about both being virgins... i do not think i would make a habit of not using condoms though.. a lot of people in this world are not honest and have no idea what a consious is...so i would just be very careful from now on....

Assuming neither currently have an STD, then no. However just because neither have had sex before does not necessarily mean one is free from an STD. AIDS for example is an STD but can also be inherited by birth, or if one comes in contact with blood from an HIV+ person (the body must absorb their blood), then they can become infected also.

That may be an extreme case, but it can happen. I would recommend using protection.

I do have to ask..are considering only sex by intercourse? If so..then it's possible but not probable. If you are talking everything but the act of intercourse itself..then yes it's possible and highly probable.

Males carry yeast in their mouthes and can transmit it to the female through oral sex. You can also spread herpes just by having an open sore on the mouth and you have sexual contact.
