It depends on the procedure. In most cases, the doctor removes your nipple and puts it higher on your breast. Obviously, the ducts that carry milk may or may not go with them. I would get a consultation with a surgeon to make sure. Also, it's usually better to wait until you've had children before you get the reduction, because breast feeding makes them much larger and then they go back to their original size, but the skin tends to stretch.
