I can't hear videos or music on the internet, but I'm able to listen to things offline?

I can't hear but can see videos online. But offline it's fine I can see and hear.

Up top of Browser Click "Tools" "Internet Options" "Advanced Tab" scroll and look for "Multimedia" make sure "Play Sounds in Web-pages" checked. All I know to try.

more information is needed such as wat type of software u use to stream those videos, u probably need some new codecs for your player
