For a SORE THROAT I would recommend that famous first .. ice cream or popsicles which you can let melt slowly down your throat. Do as often as you need. Also take your favorite pain killer, such as aspirin or tylenol (follow directions on bottle), and rest for a day doing nothing but playing games on the computer or watching TV. If sore throat persists, you should contact your doctor for an exam to rule out a bacterial infection.

For a SOUR THOUGHT, I would recommend that you look out your window at your garden. There you will see beautiful flowers, birds, butterflies, and other critters. Once you observe this beauty, your sour thought will be gone. Try doing once a day.

I assume you are asking about a sore throat.
Don't ignore it. If it's not simply hoarse from coughing, the soreness is caused by a bacterial infection. This can become chronic. You need to kill it with antibiotics. Home remedies like gargling with salt water are ineffective. Have a doctor examine your throat.

You need to build up your immune system. Drink hot green tea. Rub Vicks on your throat and wrap a towel around your throat and sleep so you can smell the vapors. Suck on the chewable Vit. C tablets. You can also get the Vit. C with zinc also.

You can try gargling with salt water, or you can try drinking a shot of vinegar. I have tried both, and both are good. If it doesn't clear up in a few days though, you should see a dr.

Oh, also zinc is helps.
