How do you tell if a phone is refurbished?

Ok I can tell you that if its with in the one year manufacturers warranty and the damage is due to no fault of your own, then the company will give you a new one, however if its damage you have caused and you are going through an insurance carrier like Asurion or Lockline then yes.. you are getting a refurb. And If they don't have your model phone in stock, then you will get the next closest model to it.

only if u have equipment protection trust me on this i had to return my razr 3 times bcuz it was defective and i didnt pay for anything
