I've always understood the light and true essence of freemasonry is earned, and through such understanding one is rewarded with knowledge and influential wisdom. I've read many books of the history and practices of the masons, I even wrote a letter to one of the local lodges. I have had no success. What do I do? I am 19 years old and I feel that I have much to offer.

maybe you have to be a stone worker (not stoned worker lol) which is why they are called the stone masons.

You may have to wait another two years unless you are the child of a Freemason. Most Lodges in most Orders of Freemasonry require the candidate:

1. To be 21 years of age (18 for a child of a Mason)
2. To be of sound mind and judgement
3. To be of good repute
4. Not be a slave (that includes addicted to drugs)
5. Believe in a Supreme Being

Usually after you apply, you will receive an invitation to visit the Lodge and meet the Brothers. You will be formally interviewed to find out if you and the Lodge are good fits for each other.

I belong to an Order of Freemasonry called American Co-Masonry which is a more esoteric branch. We also admit women to all right and privileges of the Craft. Our Lodges are in areas from Canada, the United States, down to Brazil, and Chile.

With all Orders you must "knock on the door" yourself. That is you must contact Freemasonry. Sounds like you are trying to do that. Do not despair if your local Lodge was slow. Keep reading and studying. Click on the link below if you wish to learn more about Co-Masonry. If I can be of any help, feel free to contact me.

Look in the phone book. In many of the major US Cities you will find a Masonic Temple. (basically it is often a hall that they will rent out like a hotel does and then also will have their meetings there.

Contact them and the people who are in charge will be freemasons. You can ask them the specifics of membership etc, but you do have to be asked to join.

Ignore those who say you don't want to. You should look at them the same way you would any civic organization. Find out more about them FROM THEM, not paranoid people and decide if it's right for you.

Good Luck!

the masons are the piramids ,that i mention
the masses of masons are ok ,religious people ,but led by the nose.

but their elite leadership are the eyes ,and all of the eyes are satanic cults of the highest order going all the way back to babylon
www.infowars .dark secrets in bohemian grove and blood lines of the illuminati
so you would either be joining a collection of well cared for slaves or you would have to contradict all your beliefs of religion ,that you probably have right now

you must either be the son of a mason or invited by a mason. And it certainly is not something you should want.
