Yes it will definitely give her problems.
For a start a 95lb 18 year old girl shouldn't even have a penis let alone a big one.

It depends on how much work her canal has gotten over the past. Chances are your might have to put a a coat and sweater just to fill up the gap.

Not necessarily. After all, the vaginal canal can accommodate an eight pound newborn baby. As long as your partner is considerate and gentle, you should have no problems.
But use a condom to be safe. . .
