My bf has abuse issues, needless to say I moved out, talked to him he said he would do whatever it takes, going to counseling, but he wants me to move back in with him before he starts counseling. I'm not comfortable with this. whats your opinion.

Stay away,if he is abusive it is a disease and it wont stop.

Hell to the Naw, don't you move back into that prison unless you don't value your life. If something was to happen and you get hurt or injured the authorities aren't gonna take it seriously b/c you've allowed it to happen and you moved out but moved back in. A true man doesn't thit or abuse his woman in any type of way, be it Verbal, Emotionl, or Physical. He don't love you if he's abusing you. How would you feel if someone was abusing your child? what would you tell your child to do? C'mon I know you're smart, so do the right thing and find a new man.

Tell him that the only way you will move back in with him is if you attend counseling with him. If not, wait until he has completed counseling and has showed you that he is a changed man before moving back in. Remember, everyone deserves a second chance. (murderers & rapist not included)

No. Do not go back to him until he finishes counseling and has demonstrated that he has his anger problem under control. This is a very difficult thing to overcome, I wish you the best.

absolutely not, if he loves you he will wait until he is done with counseling. if you move in now, he will never go.

Look you do not give to him what he asked for til he gives you what you have asked for ! He needs to get help and if you go back to him before he gets it you may later live to regret it ,, or even worse not live at all! listen to your gut instinct its your ANGELS saving you from future danger if you give in to him before he gets help!

This isn't about him. It's about you. Imagine what king of a future you want ...what kind of a person you want to be...and start being that person now. If he doesn't fit in this picture, don't waste anymore of your time...or his.
