You need to take the truck to a shop that specializes in transmissions. The fact that everything works except drive would indicate that all the clutch packs are capable of applying and are not burned out. You most likely have a control problem, the early E4OD had some issues with the valve/ solenoid body to the extent that complete assemblies were available from aftermarket transmission parts suppliers. Worst case scenario would require a new transmission, and I would suggest getting one directly from Ford since all the updates will have been done and they offer a better warrantee than most shops. The cost of rebuilding the unit you have and updating the componenets will probably exceed the cost of the factory unit.
