I'd say Bush. W got tired of the media saying that Cheney was pulling the strings.

While I may not know what's going on behind the lines, one thing is for certain: Bush is a PUPPET President who doesn't have a real clue to what's going on. Nobody who is this inarticulate can properly run an administration. Daddy pretty much has put his croonies in the right places to run this administration.

Cheney he is making money hand over fist from the current war we are in. Halliburton has received all of the rebuilding projects in Iraq, and one of the reasons why America is hated by the world.
