The hole in the Ozone layer over Antarctica is the size of the United States. It is much too large too be able to patch it. What we must do is to quit realeasing CFC's into the atmosphere as just one molecule of a CFC will react with 100,000 molecules of Ozone thereby weakening the Ozone layer.

Lol, good question, but that would be impossible. The only thing we can do is cut down on the things that cause the hoole in the ozone, such as hairspray, car engine, etc. I'd suggest you to use Aussie hairspray because its one of the few hairsprays that prevent the hole in the ozone. Anything that goes in the air man made can cause a hole in the ozone. Including air fertilizers!!!

Good Idea. Keep trying to come out with more ideas.
The difficulties to patch the Ozone hole lies in few areas:
1) the Size of the hole,
2) how to hold the patch within place,
3) who to pay for it (Penguins are cute, but no money to pay for the hole)
To name a few.
Try, as one of the USMC Code of Conduct says;
If it Works, it is not foolish

Ozone layer doesn't have a big hole, it has lots a small ones created from CFC's (not cars) which are illegal to use in new products. Don't worry, the layer will fix itself over time, it will just take a while.

wellthat would mean that nasa would have to prepare alot of O3-- which is ozone. so, before nasa does this, scientists need to chemically form the compound before nasa sends it
