You can make your own ringtones for free!
First of all, you go to any ringtone site, but usually they don't have exactly what you want, or only part of a song, and it's not your favorite part, so you have to settle. That sucks!
1. MAKE YOUR OWN RINGTONE
Go to http://www.tucows.com/preview/502368... and download the ringtone maker. Also, just about any MP3 editing sotware will work. Remember, the smaller the file, the cheaper it will be to upload it!
2. POST YOUR NEW MP3
Post your new MP3 to a website, such as your yahoo page. Right click and find the url for that mp3. It should end with ".mp3".
3. GET YOUR RING
Go to that url with your phone. It will automatically download that ring.
4. YOUR DONE
That's it, no more steps.

You can make your own. I'm almost 100% sure the v3 uses mp3 ringtones (or realtones, truetones). You can make your own if you have mp3s. I'm not sure how much memory the v3 has, but if its enough to hold mp3s you can just transfer one from your computer to your phone. For more information on how to make free ringtones, check out http://www.phonestop.net/articles/free_realtones_ringtones.php for the details.
By the way, don't enter your phone number for free ringtones on any website. They are not free. Below is the link for a detailed description of what happens.

Jamster is probably the most trusted source for ringtones on the web, but it just goes to show... nothing is free unless you make it yourself.

haha I have the perfect answer for you...I also have a razr...What you do is get the Mobile Phone Tools program for yor phone which lets you transfer media back and forth to your pc. Then go to www.jamster.com and listen to your favorite ringtones. This should automatically save a tempory internet file or cookie to your pc. Go to Realone or WMP and scan for media. Find the ringtone, right click and Locate File. This should show you the temporary file. Click and drag it to your phone using Mobile Phone Tools. Voila, free ringtones! You can buy Mobile Phone Tools at your service provider or look for it on the net. Hope this helps
