Meet this man he nice sweet every thing you would want in a man we both share the same feeling for each other but there is one problem he is afraid to commit because he been hurt in the past an d i tried to tell him i not the one to hurt his feeling cuz i ready to settle down also and i dont want my feelings hurt so what im asking is what to do someone please help

I have been in your situation before. To keep things settle and not push him away, it will be best to leave things as they are and let time change his mind. Let each day go by and then he can realize the true you, well i am not saying that you are not being true, but he will realize that you are not out to harm him in anyways and the same for you from him. I know it will be hard not to mention it at times, but a man doesn't want to feel rushed into things like "commitment". Some are just terrified of it. Continue to have an open communication level with him so he knows that he can trust you. Good luck...and hang in there.

How long have you known him? You don't commit to someone overnight, it takes awhile to find out if you both want the same things. If this is fairly new you should slow down and see where it takes you. Have some fun and get to know each other better. Then after a few months see how he feels then, if he still feels the same and you want a commitment then he's not the man for you.

First ask yourself if that's the real reason why he wont commit to you. It's been my experience with men like this that they are married with children. If and only if you can 100 % say hes just been burned before then all I can tell you is be there for him and show him you are not like his ex. Men and women alike need to know the one they love can be trusted with their heart. This will not be an easy thing to do but worth it in the end.

Continue seeing each other as "friends" only. Don't make a big deal out of the commitment issue. Let him see that you are different, and will be there for him, and with him, through thick, and thin. Once he sees you're different, he will be ready for the next step in your relationship. Just don't push him!

the best thing you can do is just show him in every way you love him and every day you remind him and tell him and actions speak louder than words never forget that and in time he will realise you are the one dont be in a rush things will fall into place as time comes by
