no, it's personal trend... alot of punk bands and males wear makeup, actors wear stage makeup in movies or on T.V... also in today's society their are many straight males that prefer the finer things that women do like getting manicures and peticuures... that doesn't make a guy gay... however their are men who like to dress up like drag queens and wear makeup that are gay or straight...

Many homosexuals DONT wear makeup and males who do wear makeup do it because of a look they are trying to create (for example gothic).
