OK I took it in with a rattle or jiggle noise in my right front end, they said it was a spring & I could drive it out of state. Then the noise was not gone after they replaced the spring. They said it was the control arm and they replaced that, noise still there and they wont call me back! Thats the whole story.

your right control arm is part of your steering mechanism if it isn't functioning right it will wear your a frame bushings and make your cv joint axle fail prematurely. and cause more trouble than its worth.

A control arm is hard to explain what it is to someone who doesn't know. It is part of the wheel asembly that holds the wheel on. And It is VERY VERY DANGEROUS TO DRIVE WITH A BAD CONTROL ARM. If you drive with a damaged or bad control arm then you run the possability of it giving out while driving. If it goes out at any speed I would say above 10 mph then it would more than likely cause you to flip the car. It will not give you a warning when it goes out it will just give the wheel will pretty much break off the car causing the right front end to drop to the ground.
Get it fixed asap.

That Control arm is what keeps your front right Shock, Spring, Tire, Wheel, and Brake Assembly in alignment and connected to your car. If it is in anyway damaged, bent, broken, whatever (needs replacement), you need to do that. If you continue to drive on it bad, you run the minimal risk of eating up your tire, and a possible risk of destroying your own cars front end assembly, along with the possibility of a car accident...if it is found out that you continued to drive on a bad control arm (and you knew about it) and caused an accident...you would be in severe liability...your insurance company might not even cover the costs, and drop you like a bad habit...I would get it fixed ASAP.

it's the piece that holdthe front wheel on and keeps it from moving in and out and back and forth. if it comes loose that side of the car will fall down and you will lose control if you are driving at the time. get it fixed or don't drive the car.

the control arm is part if the steering system and suspension. if it is bad it will cause excessive tire wear and steering problems. as it gets worse, car handling will get worse. i'd get it fixed soon.
