try a swiffer duster. if that's not enough, you may have to spray a dusting cloth with pledge and swipe each individual slat.

Try using Murphy's Oil soap on your wood blinds. It conditions them and makes them very clean

I use cedar oil on a cloth and wipe them one by one. Just do a section a day so it isn't so monotonous

Use windex multi-purpose cleaner or something like that and some paper towels.
