Running up and down some stairs, it's tiring but it works. Do some leg lifts too.

Well my thighs jiggle a little and im in great leg shape. Its probably muscle thats jiggling when your sitting down, unless they jiggle when your walking then here i can help. You can start by doing squats at home. Doibng those alone with out weights will help tone them, rather than doing them with weights. Doing squats with weights build strength.

So in your living room, or another large area to move around; stand straight, have your legs apart at shoulders width, and bend your legs down. Go low enough where your thighs are straight. like when your sitting down, then come back up. Do this until they burn. After about 2-5 minutes*, go back to doing it til they burn. Repeat until you want to stop, but I would do anywhere from 3-5 sets.

once you feel there thinner, if you want to progress enough to make them stronger, you can go to a gym and do squats with weights. There you can have someone help you with that. But just to tone your thighs, try squats at home.

The legs are very strong, they will tone, and be able to gain strength faster than other muscles. So it should not take long, and Good Luck with this.

Ohhh and one final thing, i personally like to have my hands in a upward position, cuz i did squats with a bar, so it makes me stable. Try different arm positions, do what feels most comfortable.

*Minutes are estimate, do it until your legs are rested enough to do more. No more than 10 minutes though.

the besxt way ive found (as i have rock hard legs that are in good shape and look amazing in heels) is biking. i know you may not like outdoors but biking is best, if you realy dont want to go out side. get and indoor bike, it will almost always woork, my inner thighs are a little bit bigeer, but that just cause im a feemale and theres nothing to get rid of thoes other than an eating desorder, and that just looks nasty. do bother with the leg lifts and everything at the gym, cause...they're realy not that good, i cant even doo them not cause im weak but my legs have so much muscle that if the weight is under my body weight limit i lift it like nothing and can do it forever, but if i do it over my body weight limit...i lift myself instead of the machine cause ot ascts as an anchor.. another thing you can do (it sound weird) is stand, stand for long peroods of time flexing and unflexing the muscles. alternating weight back and forth from leg to leg, it will take longer, but it works too, but dont be afraid of the pain, just keep walking through it and youll have sexy legs everyone wants (trust me my frineds beg me ti bike withthem now :P)

Well, you can not get into shape by laying on the couch eating ice cream and potato chips. At every garage sale ,in every town in the US ,there is an exercise machine for sale for about 5 dollars. Buy one and use it !
Or if you do not have five dollars or room to put an exercise bike, there are lots of isometric exercises you can do that cost nothing and take no room. Quit making excuses and get into shape. It is your butt ! Take a little pride in it !

walking up and back down stairs will work .....I would buy some weights that wrap around your ankles...someone does not have to be heavy to have the jiggle in their thighs,,,,,,,,its all about toning the muscle up ....in a month you should see a difference if you stick with it and stay on a routine.....until the legs get fatigued

Do some pilates and cardio work, your legs will not feel as tired from jogging because pilates is slow and makes you feel more realxed too.

do squats and lunges that will help tighten your leg muscles. lunges are done when you start with your legs next to each other and then you put one leg in front and bend at the knees then switch legs hands on hips
