The only thing you can do is buy a cheaper phone if you dont want to pay full price. You can also search online for cheap phones or go to retail stores such as bestbuy (or online) and see if they have any cheap phones. It doesnt matter how long you had your phone for, it was your fault it is broken so the company will charge you full price for the phone since you are not signing up for a new plan. You could extend your plan and then maybe they will give you a discount on the phone. You must get a new phone though if you have a contract because Verizon will still continue to charge you the monthly fee.

Hummm, well I hear this one everyday. YOu are not eligibile for an upgrade since you have only had the phone 6 months, Do you have another line on your account that might be able to upgrade? If not and you did not carry wireless phone protection on your account, then you are SOL. FUll retail it is. However if you have a older Verizon wireless phone that is e911 compatibale and its a Verizon phone we can do an ESN change to that phone. Next time dont let your phone lay in the driveway silly!

Check your car insurance and see if it will help. If not, talk to Verizon and see if there is a possibility of getting a reconditioned phone for a lower price. Of they may be willing to give you a discount if you extend your contract further. You may be able to find someone who is upgrading their phone who might be willing to give you their old phone (it will have to be a Verizon phone). There are also Verizon compatible phones available on eBay and at various retailers on the Internet. (Search for Verizon replacement phones.) Good luck!

Get a lawyer. What this save did is illegitimate. Verizon approved merchants are REQUIRED to settle for returns in the first 7-14 days if the product is incorrect. heavily, search for assistance, or a minimum of threaten them with a lawsuit. do not enable them damage out with scamming you want this.

Whatever you do, be very very cautious if you attempt to buy a used phone. Sometimes the phones will not be compatable with other systems.
