THC does not occur in the human body naturally, therefore even a small amount is a positive. The sensitivity of the test is your greatest concern, which for you is an unknown. If you breathed in second hand marijuana smoke, you have THC in your system. Whether it will be detected depends on the testing method.

NO ! I used to be hounded by the "Piss Police", no more ! the urine test is a joke, AND ILLEGAL ! It CLEARLY violates 4th and 5th Amendment rights (Illegal search and seizure, and using yourself to testify against yourself). The way that company's, and law makers get around this illegal act is to have you sign a piece of paper stating that you agree to this test. I had an interview once where they told me that I had to take a urine test, I said "sure, if I pass the test (and I will), will you drink my sample "?

Yes you can if the company that is drug testing you is looking for even the smallest amount. Probably not but dont risk it.

depends on the criteria for "fail"
you can certainly have detectable amounts of marijuana indicators in your system, but these low amounts are not normally considered a "fail"

Depends if he is toking but if he isn't and you aren't making out or anything should be no problem
