If you already know he likes you, shouldn't be so hard.
I would do like this:
Start a conversation like this for example:
Do you know when it's coming out the new superman movie?
if he tells you when, you make a surprise happy face =), and say,
that's great I am totally free this day, but I don't want to be alone...maybe some of my friends want to see it too...I don't know...Do you want to see that movie too?
If he says I don't know, than you make a thinking face....and say,
I heard someone say its on (and say the day)....well I hope I am right, because if is, I am totally free this day...but I don't want to see it alone....I have to check with my friends who wants to come with me....than you ask...Do you wanna come?
I think its very natural, not pushy and you won't be throwing yourself one him, and on case, he says no, you can always say..ahhh I forgot (someones name), wants to see it too.

First of all you can start by having confidence in yourself. Do not tell yourself your ugly; this will cause you to think negative about yourself. Start flirting back with this guy. Tell yourself your beautiful. Make compliments to him and ask him out if you have to. If he turns you down don't let it get to you. Ask someone else next time. He may see you in a different light if you start having more confidence in yourself.

I'm not going to make fun of you for not knowing how to categorize your question. I will, however, make fun of you for not knowing what the hell you're writing! They're called sentences. It's called punctuation. Maybe you should stop worrying about how ugly you are to some loser who will never like you--EVER--and start worrying about how freaking stupid you are.
