Are you a girl or a boy? Have you heard the recent news about dairy products increasing the chances of having twins? So, if you are a girl, drink more milk and if you are a boy tell your wife to.
Try researching this on the internet.
P.S. I don't know if they were talking about identical or fraternal twins.

you cant make yourself have identical twins but you can take fertility drugs and that will increase your chances of having a multiple birth. problem is multiple mean two or more and more is very likely if you have no fertility problems.

u cant make yourself have twins. it just happens, especially if they run in the family. but they are a handful

Have invitro ferttilization done. Then take two or three eggs and implant them into your wife or gf. They will not be identical, but they will be born at the same time. Good Luck
