Your question isn't explicit enough. You don't say whether you're doing the work or going to have a contractor do it. To find an accurate price, call building supply stores and ask the cost of the kind of material you want for your floors. If a contractor is bidding on the work, compare that price to what he/she is charging and you'll have what he/she figures to profit for the labor for installing the floor. If you're going to do the floor yourself, make sure you know how to handle hardwood installation. You will already have the cost of the material from your contact with the store.

You can only determine that by going to a vendor, picking out flooring that you like and asking about the cost of materials and installation. You need to start at the store.

Depends on the wood, who you get to install it, etc. You should contact lowes or home depot or someone.
