LOL. Ignorant for pointing out the fact that the 9th circuit is a godless, secularist, immoral court with a huge rate of cases being overturned? Hahahaha. LMAO

liberals are angels? Yes, I am sure there is a special place in hell for liberals that have given us 4.5 million abortions each year, that allowed N. Korea to get the nuke, that protect child rapists, that refuse to pass Megan's law, that hate the victim and love the victim maker. Man I am having fun tonight with you liberal twits. It's too easy

How do you know it was a liberal?

The person who started the whole thing was an athiest and most of them don't belong to the democratic party, usually some 3rd party fringe!

I am totally against taking it down!!

And you should not slam Liberals any way since at least 2 of the 3 9th Circuit Judges who let the origanal order stand were appointed by your buddy Bush!!

:39 p.m. February 15, 2006

WASHINGTON – President Bush has nominated two California lawyers – including the brother of Oregon Sen. Gordon Smith – to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
Milan Smith, a Los Angeles business lawyer and a former member of California's Fair Employment and Housing Commission, was named to the panel this week. His nomination follows the appointment last week of Sandra Segal Ikuta, general counsel to the California Resources Agency, to the nation's largest federal appeals court.

The San Francisco-based 9th Circuit covers nine Western states with about 54 million people and has 28 judgeships.
Smith and Ikuta would fill vacancies created by A. Tashima Wallace and James Browning, respectively, who each took senior status, the equivalent of retirement.

Gordon Smith, a Republican, said in a statement Wednesday he was proud of his older brother and honored that Bush has nominated him to the appeals court post, which pays $175,100 a year.

And I think for the most part you are just slamming democrats, though it is Republican Judges

Repubs were the ones who got 2,741 killed in Iraq. I guess 2 more just got killed today!

And N Korea! You would be ignorant enought to attack NKorea withiut asking the South Koreans or any one else for that matter.
Sure, since China is going to defend them, you want to start WW III. How dumb can you be!!

If you don't believe in separation of church and state, then work with the Supreme Court to have our history modified so you can make the US a theocracy, if that's what you want. (It might be quicker and easier just to move to Iran).

The way to avoid such admittedly troubling events is to not use taxpayers money to fund theological installations! Plain & simple. If they want a secular monument, that would be different. No-one is protesting the Iwo Jima monument!

And perhaps you need some help on understanding what "liberalism" is? I fully support this ruling and I am a libertarian, which is just the other side of you if you are coming from liberal!

I agree with the libertarians...the only difference between the libs and conservatives in the US these days is their mommy and daddy's paychecks...

I wonder how your parents did?

And I'll tell you what's easy, lumping a diverse group of people into big groups to make your idiotic points...life's a lot more complicated than your generalizations and too many conservatives are willing to lump, like you are, which is why open-minded people have to step in to try and allow some tolerance in this country...how many conservatives have had abortions? How many have committed crimes and then begged for prisoners rights when they formerly opposed them? You're trite, and it's beyond ignorant...

Heck no because it's certainly not hateful when I say, " Conservatives are spineless, wife-beating, beer drinking, racist, homophobes." It's all love. But there's always an exception to the rule. You see I am a liberal who happens to believe in God Almighty AND lack any form of criminal record, not even a traffic violation. But hey I'm young, there's still time. ;)

Liberals, Conservatives.
Blah, blah blah. They are two in the same. You need 5 party system that is truly Democratic like we have in Canada. The True North, Strong and Free.

No, not hateful. Just ignorant and pointless.
Conservative mindlessness is even more frightening.
(Learn how to spell, son).

That's right, son, keep laughing. Keep laughing as the Bush administration continues to pull our country deeper and deeper into debt with a pointless war and continues to kill thousands of our kids in Iraq. Very funny, indeed.

As compared to what, the Bush administration, no contest liberals are angels compared to them. Only a low life, pond scum repuglican idiot would try to call liberals crooks and godless, when they have the Bush administration as an example.

United we stand divided we fall. Kennedy, Kerry, Palosi, and Dean along with the New York Times are clearly trying to divide us. It is their tactic. I just think your a realist. They would just assume lose the war if it means they can attain more power. Shame on them.

From a conservative point of view- Yes. But there's been a lot of that on both sides this afternoon. More than usual, even.

You are not being hateful.

However your argument is old and tiring.

All the (non-) hate mongers have beat that horse dead a long time ago.

Find something of substance to point out.
