That scene where Obi Wan tells Anakin: "You were the chosen one! It was said that you would destroy the Sith, not join them! Bring balance to the Force, not leave it in darkness!" This was very emotional for me (and brought tears to my eyes) because eventhough Anakin was already beginning to be evil, his anger and hatred towards Obi Wan at that moment permeated to pure and dark evil as he shouted "I hate you" to him... it was the climax to the much-awaited emotional transformation of Anakin to Darth Vader.

Anakin and Obi-Wan's battle at the end. it was the final blow to Anakin being turned to the darkside. it was also really emotional for Obi-Wan because Anakin was like a brother to him.
plus I loved how they mixed the song "A Hero Falls" with "Battle of the Sith" or whatever it's called, I can't remember right now. "A Hero Falls" is one of my all-time favorites in Star Wars.

The scene with Obi-Wan against Greivous I thought was well done and had a good mix of action and storytelling, things that Lucas does well.

The scene where Mace fights Palpatine.
As for why...although it was obvious from the beginning of the trilogy that palpatine was the emperor all along, it didn't become official until this scene occurred and I was waiting for it.

i liked the part when anakin was turned into darth vader and at the same time padme was giving birth to the twins...i also enjoyed the yoda fight scenes, such cool moves!

I like the scene where Vader realizes that he killed Padme and looks up to the heavens and screams, "Noooooo!!!!" It's so wonderfully cliched. It only could have been better if he had yelled, "Khaaaan!!!"

I like the Battle of the Heroes and the end scene... the latter was so beautiful!!! :-)

The one where the guys is all like "stop!" and then the other guy does that one thing and then he dies. I like it cause it is so cool.
