He is a puppet master. He pulls everyone's strings. Also, he carries a shotgun with him to keep everyone in line. In high school, kids called him Darth Vader because he had a penchant for castrating dogs with no anesthesia. When George Lucas was writing Star Wars and thinking of characters, he automatically thought of Dick's old high school nickname which forever changed pop culture.

He received multiple draft deferments during the Vietnam War because he had other things to do. After college he entered politics and served under Nixon and Ford. After which he served in Congress as a Representative from WY 1978-1989 during which he voted against MLK day, the creation of the US dept. of ED. and HEADSTART. He also voted against economic sanctions to the apartheid government of South Africa. He then served as Sec of Defense under Bush 1. From 1995-2000 he served as Halliburton's CEO whereby he draws most his income through stock deferments. In 1997, he and other neocons founded the Project for the New American Century (PNAC) and drafted a treatise on expanding US power in the 21st century.
In 2000 he was selected to be Bush 2s VP and the rest is history.
