Yes there are, but I wouldn't do that if I were you.
Even if your current decking material is presure treated, covering it over w/ another layer of material will trap moisture and hasten the effects of wood rot.
Your best option is to rebuild your deck or wood patio with new composite materials. This will save you further expences down the road.

No, there is no decking material of any kind manufactured to go over existing decking. You need to strip off the old decking, replace any rotten deck joists, (I would recommend water proofing the joists while you can) then put the new decking down. Also a good idea is to screen over the joists in a porch area prior to putting down the new decking to keep bugs from coming up.

There is Trex but I wouldn't advise putting it over an existing deck. the moisture buildup would accelerate rot.

we put trex on our wood deck BUT we stripped off the 2x6s and sistered them up to the existing joists. worked out great!

yes, get that half plastic, half sawdust stuff, Futurewood maybe its called. The deck underneath will just help support it.
