yea it actually says gopher wood in the bible.... it is in Genesis 6:14.... we call it Cypress now but religious theorists don't believe that the gopher wood is still in existence due to the flood. he he hope that helps!

The Bible states "gopher" wood because noone really knows what type of wood. Some translations state cypress, but no scholars know for certain. It may be a tree that no longer exists.
