My Nephews were born on the same day 4 yrs apart. Both were natural births in that neither were induced or taken by C section. It's weird. But Cool

Either you have different parents(one or both) or one of you was adopted. Maybe One was born on a different year or you simply don't appear to be twins because you are not identical, you might be fraternal twins- meaning that you each were from two separate fertilized eggs.
... Hope this solves your mystery.

Same dad different mothers
or
one or both of you were adopted
or
you are Sisters (Catholic nuns)
Some are suggesting that you were born on the same day different year - please clear that up because I'm assuming same exact day means same day/month/year.

Well I hate to take the wind out of your riddle. my wife and her sister were born on the same day only 11 years apart with the same parents. They have bohemian gypsy ancestry too. kind of spooky huh!!!!!!!
