Ideally, I would like to figure out what song she was performing. She was featured in one of the movies that was showing during one of the scenes shot in the theater.

I can't recall the movie, but it was most likely, Carmen Miranda a big movie star of the 1940s. Was one of the highest paid stars of that era. Always had a big hat of fruit on her head.
