Though I'm not into the whole makeup thing, I read my Cosmopolitans from cover to cover and I believe that you're supposed to brush on a little bronzer...whatever the hell that is.

I too have slightly chubby cheeks, what can you do if there hereditary hey. LOL. Try using two different shade of blush. Use one lighter shade, such as peach or pale pink over the cheek just slightly and then put a gentle, darker shade, such as dusty rose or bronze on a diagonal line from the exterior of your cheekbone down toward the mouth. This will bring out your cheekbones and also give your face the illusion of a slimmer face. Also, if you have a rounder face try to dab some of the lighter shade along the bridge of your nose and on the round of your chin, and also on the T of your forhead.
Good Luck!

Again, I have perfected great makeup and I too have slightly chubby cheeks, this is what I do; first I use powder to even out my skin, than I use a bronzer (again powder), just on the tip of my nose, middle of my forhead, my chin and my cheekbones. But not too much. This will bring out your feautures. Than I use MAC's blush in margin, it's not a rosy color. It makes my cheeks look like a model's and it doesn't look rosy, just sun kissed.

Ignore all those rude comments.

If you want the illusion of a more defined cheekbone, apply bronzer underneath them.
This is how you apply it, suck in your cheek, (like a pouty fish)
and with good blush brush (not those tiny little brushes that come in the blush compact) stroke in the hollow area of your cheek torwards the hairline. Don''t do it in circular motion just straight, other wise you'll have obvious streak on your face.

apply the blush two fingers away from the tip of your nose all the way to your ear. It also helps to have a good blush and brush. The ones I love are from Mary Kay.

Apply powder one shade darker then your skin tone right in the hollow of your cheeks in an upwards diaganol motion; the hollow can be found when sucking in the cheeks. This will narrow the area giving a slimmer more defined appearance.

apply a darker shade of foundation right under your check bones or where you want to accentuate your cheekbones and then apply a lighter tanish blush with some bronzer to highlight the tops of your cheeks.

use a shading powder slightly darker than your natural skin tone...apply it with a wide brush just under your cheekbones...it will show off what you have and create the illusion of high cheekbones. kiera knghtly does this good, look for pictures of her to see examples.

Use blush with a brown shade instead of pinks, smile in the mirror and blush just beneath your cheekbone.

under your cheekbones put a darker foundation. Dark reseads and makes them stand out more.
